We service both. An extended-range AITO carries a petrol generator alongside its electric drive, so it needs oil and filter service for the generator as well as the battery, inverter and thermal checks a pure EV requires. We cover the complete vehicle rather than one half of it.

Yes. EVS performs warranty-related servicing and repair on AITO vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines, using approved procedures and documented parts so your coverage stays intact.

We recommend a full service every 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. Battery health checks, software updates and tyre inspections may be worth doing more often given UAE heat and driving conditions.

Yes. We carry out system and control-module software updates so your vehicle keeps the latest performance, safety and driver-assistance improvements, and we verify each module afterwards rather than assuming the update took.
