Yes. There is no engine oil to change, but brakes, suspension, steering, cooling and tyres all still wear - and an EV is heavier than the petrol car it replaced, so some of it wears faster. All of it is covered at our UAE workshops.
They need it for the opposite reason. Because the friction brakes are used lightly, discs and calipers can corrode or seize from lack of use. We service them, free the sliders and recalibrate the sensors that blend regenerative and friction braking.
Battery packs add several hundred kilograms and instant torque adds to it. Bushes, dampers and tyres carry that load. We tune suspension for the extra weight and check alignment, which is the cheapest way to make EV tyres last.
Yes, and on an EV it matters beyond comfort - the same thermal circuit often helps manage battery temperature, so a refrigerant fault can turn into a battery performance fault. We diagnose HVAC issues and service the compressor and evaporator.
Once a year for most drivers, or every six months for high-mileage cars. Sustained summer heat and dust are harder on suspension, cooling and brake hardware here than the odometer alone would suggest.
