The HUMMER EV Pickup pairs multiple drive motors with four-wheel steering that lets it move diagonally at low speed, adaptive air suspension with an extract mode that raises the body, and one of the largest battery packs fitted to a production vehicle. Everything about it is oversized, and that is the whole servicing story: brakes, tyres, bushings, bearings and suspension components carry loads a normal EV never sees, and the pack's cooling system works continuously in UAE heat, especially during fast charging or towing. At EVS we test battery state of health and thermal performance, diagnose each drive unit, service brakes and suspension, repair air suspension and rear steering, and carry out warranty-covered work.

It raises pack and motor temperatures and keeps the cooling system working continuously. We measure coolant condition, flow and the temperature spread across the pack, because a cooling fault shows up as reduced charging speed and clipped power long before any warning light.
