The ET7 is NIO's flagship saloon: a large, quiet, dual-motor car with air suspension, a comprehensive camera, radar and lidar sensor package, and a battery pack built to the same exchangeable design as the rest of the range. It is a technically dense vehicle, and most of what goes wrong on one is electronic rather than mechanical — a sensor out of calibration, a module needing correct software, a suspension height fault the car compensates for until it cannot. At EVS we test the battery and thermal system, diagnose the drive units, repair and recalibrate the air suspension, align the assistance sensors and handle warranty-related repair.
